Concealed Design
The OA‑100 BL is Omega's concealed bottom load automatic swing door operator — engineered for prestige lobbies, condominium towers, hotels, and institutional buildings where a clean, uninterrupted transom line is a design requirement. Unlike surface-mounted operators, the OA‑100 BL mechanism is completely hidden overhead, with no visible hardware from either side of the door. Available in two configurations — Centre Spindle (CS) and Centre Hung (CH) — each supporting Left Hand, Right Hand, and Dual pivot arrangements.
Powered by a 1/3 HP 24VDC permanent magnet motor with on-board power supply, the OA‑100 BL delivers the same low-energy, barrier-free performance as the OA‑100 SM in a fully concealed format. Driven by a DC brushless motor with hypoid gear technology, the OA‑300 delivers smooth, quiet, and reliable operation across 20 adjustable torque levels and 9 adjustable speed settings, supporting single panels up to 400 lbs. Available in configurations — Full Breakout BiPart, and Full Breakout Single — in both Left Hand and Right Hand arrangements.
Full Breakout panels retract completely for maximum emergency egress, making the OA‑300 fully compliant with ANSI A156.10 life-safety requirements. The system accommodates electric lock integration with Fail Safe and Fail Secure settings, presence detector inputs, and open/closed status monitoring.
